Joshua R Saxon, Esq.

For over a decade, Josh Saxon has focused on counseling individuals and business owners on matters ranging from small claims and county court disputes to complex litigation matters. Well versed in a variety of practice areas, Josh has developed a no-nonsense, direct approach to handling his client’s cases. Josh works with his clients to discuss the best strategy for pursuing their goals and, when a lawsuit occurs, to resolve disputes in the most economical and effective way possible. Having worked as an associate attorney and eventual partner in his previous firm, Josh brings a valuable blend of transactional and courtroom experience to Mowrey Law.

Josh currently focuses his practice on representing clients in personal injury and civil litigation. He is an active member of both the Florida and Georgia Bar Associations, and has litigated matters in the United States District Courts along with the trial courts in multiple states. Josh is an active member in the community volunteering on several area boards in addition to offering his time through pro bono clinics provided by the St. Johns County Legal Aid Office.

Mr. Saxon graduated from the University of Georgia in 2003 and was awarded a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the Henry W. Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication along with a minor in speech communications. In 2008, he earned his juris doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. While in law school, he clerked for Parks & Associates, working directly with board-certified civil trial attorney Scott Parks and assisting the Atlantic Beach practice with tort litigation including medical malpractice and auto accidents involving serious bodily injury or death.
