FAQ

Do I have a car accident claim?

If you were injured due to someone else’s negligence and have incurred economic or non-economic damages, you may have a claim. Contact us for a free evaluation of your claim.

Start by checking for injuries and moving to a safe location. Call the police and wait for an officer to arrive. Don’t discuss details about the accident with anyone except the police. Take photos of the vehicles, the damage, and the overall accident scene. Exchange information with the other driver and get contact details from any witnesses. Seek medical attention as soon as possible, even if you feel okay. Notify your insurance company, and consult with a lawyer to protect your rights.

There are fees unless we win, we work on contingency.

We strongly recommend that you do not speak with the other driver’s insurance adjuster. However, you should notify your insurance company of the accident as soon as possible and provide them with all of the information they need.

Florida’s statute of limitations is typically 2 years, sometimes more. The sooner you get an
attorney involved, the more options they will have to help.

We aim for settlement but are fully prepared for courtroom if needed.

Florida’s comparative negligence laws may still allow you to recover compensation.

We explore coverage and other legal options.
