Ronald A. Mowrey Practice Ronald A. Mowrey, managing shareholder, practices extensively in the areas of civil law, commercial law, banking law, creditors rights, bankruptcy, administrative law, and financial related areas of the law. Mr. Mowrey has served as special counsel to the State of Florida, Department of Insurance, Gadsden County and the Florida Association of Counties on various matters. Mr. Mowrey is a former FBI agent, certified legal instructor and has lectured on matters including bankruptcy, debtor and creditor rights, commercial law and criminal law. Mr. Mowrey is the past president of the Society of Former Special Agents of the FBI, past president of the Northern District of Florida Bankruptcy Bar Association and has served as Trustee and special counsel to Trustees in numerous complex bankruptcy cases. Mr. Mowrey has represented various governmental entities in Bankruptcy court and in general matters.
