Nicholas D. Fugate Practice Nicholas D. Fugate primarily practices in the areas of business and commercial litigation, foreclosure defense and general civil litigation. Prior to taking a position with Mowrey Law Firm, Nicholas practiced in Tallahassee, Florida where he obtained experience in family law, foreclosure, probate and estate planning law.
